Chartracer® was founded in 1998 and Incorporated in Delaware in 2007. Chartracer Inc is licensed in Delaware as a computer software consulting business. The primary software platform is Microsoft® Windows running applications developed with Visual Basic®. Web design and PERL scripting are used. James Ferl is the founder and owner of the company and is currently the only employee with over 20 years of marine navigation and programming experience. Up to 20 hours per week of custom programming/consulting services can be provided.
